Position Summary

Role: Strategy, Growth, and Transformation III

As a Strategy, Growth, and Transformation III professional on Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting technology modernization engagements, including current-state assessment, application rationalization, workload evaluation, and roadmap development
• Contributing to product engineering and operating model transformation efforts, including backlog definition, governance design, and Agile delivery support
• Analyzing client technology environments across cloud, AI, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms to identify improvement opportunities and implementation priorities
• Developing business cases, financial analyses, and value assessments, including total cost of ownership and return on investment considerations
• Collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and offshore/onshore resources to deliver work products, conduct reviews, and support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  
  

The team

Engineering as a Service provides complete design, implementation, and technology operations, leveraging our core engineering expertise. We transform engineering teams, modernize technology, and deliver complex programs with a product engineering approach. Our flexible delivery models—traditional teams, pools, or pods—are tailored to each client’s needs, offering engineering-led advisory, implementation, and operational capabilities to accelerate innovation.

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements

Qualifications

Required:

• 7-11 years of experience in technology modernization advisory, including technology strategy, application rationalization, workload assessment, vendor evaluation, and modernization roadmap development
• Experience in product engineering transformation and product operating model design, including product vision, backlog management, governance, and Agile delivery
• Experience evaluating and improving technology or product operating models to address governance, collaboration, and operating performance
• Experience in engineering workforce transformation, including capability assessment, role redesign, upskilling initiatives, and engineering metrics development
• Experience in cloud migration and modernization strategy, including cloud suitability assessment, migration planning, and modernization approaches
• Experience performing information technology and cloud financial analysis, including total cost of ownership, return on investment, and FinOps assessments
• MBA or Master of Science degree
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience in artificial intelligence strategy, including GenAI use case assessment and technology adoption planning
• Experience in data center strategy, resiliency planning, or disaster recovery strategy
• Experience in enterprise technologies, including cloud, Agile, DevOps, continuous integration and continuous deployment, business intelligence, or mainframe modernization
• Experience leading client interviews, workshops, research, or structured problem-solving activities in a consulting environment
• Experience supporting proposals, request for proposal responses, solution design, or stakeholder presentations
• Entry-level certifications in cloud, Agile, project management, architecture, data, artificial intelligence, GenAI, or FinOps
