Are you passionate about the stock market and looking to build a career in trading? We are looking for a motivated Equity Dealer to join our growing Algo Trading Desk.

• Execute equity and ETF orders efficiently.
• Handle daily client queries related to trading and investments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Assist clients with trading platform and brokerage-related support.
• Achieve monthly brokerage generation targets through client engagement.
• Coordinate with the research and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate trade records and client communications.

• Basic understanding of Technical Analysis (candlestick patterns, support & resistance, trend analysis, moving averages, etc.).
• Good knowledge of the Indian stock market and trading fundamentals.
• Preferred NISM Equity Derivative Exam Cleared.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
• Ability to explain market concepts clearly to clients.
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced trading environment.

• Experience as an Equity Dealer, Relationship Manager, or in a Broking/Trading firm is an advantage.
• NISM Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with trading platforms and brokerage operations.
