ERP Data Entry & Operations Assistant

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site ERP Specialist role
based at Laurel High Global School in Rajahmundry. Andhra Pradesh. The ERP Specialist will manage and maintain the school's ERP systems. ensuring accurate data flow across admissions. academics, finance. HR. and other operational modules. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring ERP software. monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with vendors or IT teams for updates and enhancements. The role involves analysing existing processes. proposing improvements, and training staff on effective use of ERP tools to support administrative efficiency and reporting. The ERP Specialist will collaborate closely with school leadership and department heads to align system capabilities with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• System Administration & Configuration: Configure. customize.and maintain core ERP modules (Finance. Inventory. Procurement. and Warehouse Management) to match company workflows.
• Process Optimization: Map existing business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design software-based automation to improve operational productivity.
• Data & Reporting: Build automated reports, custom user dashboards, and KPI tracking systems using integrated business intelligence tools.
• User Support & Training: Provide technical and functional troubleshooting support to internal users, resolve software glitches, and design training documentation.
• System Upgrades & Testing: Lead data migration. execute user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage system integration with third-party software.
  

Role Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Computer Science, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.

Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of functional or technical experience managing enterprise-level ERP software.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL database queries. report creation, system integration, and data migration.

Core Competencies: Clear communication skills to bridge technical specifications with non-technical business needs.

Focus ERP Expertise: Direct experience with Focus Softnet platforms (Focus 8. 9. or Focus i) is highly preferred.
