Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an ERP Functional Support Executive located in Aluva, Kerala. In this position, you will act as the key bridge between GCC customers and ERP solutions by providing functional support, handling customer requirements, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the internal technical team.

The role involves learning ERP software functionalities (training will be provided), managing customer calls, emails, and support tickets, understanding client concerns, coordinating with development teams for issue resolution, and providing timely updates to customers. You will also play a crucial role in building long-term customer relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline (BCom, BBA, BCA, BSc, MCom, MBA, MCA, Engineering, or related fields)
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good coordination and follow-up abilities
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer and software knowledge
  • Ability to professionally manage customer interactions and business communications
  • Prior experience in ERP, software support, customer service, or coordination roles will be an added advantage
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply


Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand ERP software functionalities and product workflows (training provided)
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and support tickets efficiently
  • Understand customer requirements/issues and coordinate internally with the development team
  • Follow up with internal teams and provide timely updates to customers
  • Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the company
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high service quality
