Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Europe Education Consultant based in Kochi. The role involves providing end-to-end counseling to students seeking higher education opportunities in Europe, assisting with university selection, course planning, and admission processes. Responsibilities include guiding students through visa applications, offering scholarship and financial advice, and providing pre-departure and post-arrival support. The consultant will also conduct awareness sessions, develop relationships with partner institutions, and ensure students receive personalized solutions tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and advisory skills to assist students with education and career planning
• Knowledge of European education systems, university admissions processes, and visa requirements
• Proficiency in communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal interaction
• Experience in client service and ability to provide personalized support and solutions
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Malayalam or other regional languages is an advantage
• Experience in the education consultancy field is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; specialization in education, counseling, or related domains is a plus
