Role Description The Event Sponsorship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying, prospecting, and securing sponsorships for festivals and live events, including the development of tailored proposals and partnership packages. The Event Sponsorship Manager will manage sponsor relationships, coordinate deliverables, and ensure sponsor visibility before, during, and after events. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and event operations teams, maintaining a sponsorship pipeline, negotiating agreements, tracking sponsorship performance, and preparing post-event reports and insights. The position also entails attending events, supporting on-ground activations, and representing the company professionally with current and potential partners.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Event Marketing and Communication skills, including the ability to present sponsorship concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Candidates should possess Event Management and Event Planning skills to coordinate sponsor-related activities and ensure seamless execution at events.
  • Candidates should possess Budgeting and basic financial management skills to structure sponsorship packages and monitor revenue targets.
  • Candidates should possess relationship-building and negotiation skills to develop long-term partnerships with brands and agencies.
  • Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills to evaluate sponsorship performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Previous experience in events, media, or brand partnerships is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends during major events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
