Job Description
- Assist in planning and executing events, activations and experiences across stores
- Coordinate event logistics, timelines, vendors and partner communication
- Influencer/event invite coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams across marketing, operations and café verticals
- Be present during events to manage on-ground execution and guest experience
- Support production requirements, including décor, setup, signage and event flow
- Coordinate with external collaborators, creators, brands and community partners
- Capture simple behind-the-scenes content and event moments using your phone
- Help maintain event calendars, trackers, vendor lists and post-event recaps
- Ensure events are executed smoothly, on time and aligned with the brand experience
- 2+ years of experience in events, hospitality, marketing, brand activations or
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Comfortable handling multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Strong sense of hospitality, presentation and customer experience
- Naturally proactive and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working across weekends or evenings when events are scheduled
- Interest in food, culture, retail and experiences
- Organised, collaborative and detail-oriented
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Should be comfortable travelling for events and new store launches.
