Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Noida. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence. The role involves preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports, as well as maintaining records and tracking action items. The Executive Assistant will manage expense reports, assist with basic office administration, and help coordinate internal and external meetings and events. The position requires proactive communication with stakeholders, prioritization of tasks, and maintaining confidentiality while ensuring executives are well-prepared for their daily responsibilities.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as record-keeping, office coordination, and handling correspondence.
- Ability to manage and reconcile Expense Reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and calendar applications).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role preferred; experience in consulting or financial services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
