Role Description The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to leadership and key team members in a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and accommodation, and preparing itineraries and agendas. The role involves drafting and reviewing emails and documents, maintaining records, and creating presentations or reports as needed. The Executive Assistant will help organize internal and external meetings, support event and trip coordination, and liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and workflow. This position also includes monitoring deadlines, handling basic data entry, supporting office management tasks, and assisting leadership with day-to-day priorities and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (such as email, calendars, spreadsheets, presentations) and basic document management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email drafting and document preparation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling, record-keeping, and handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and support leadership in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
