Role Description

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership in a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating internal and external communications. The role involves preparing and tracking expense reports, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with presentations, reports, and documentation related to real estate operations. The Executive Assistant will also help streamline office workflows, handle confidential information with discretion, liaise with clients and partners when needed, and ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings and strategic activities.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills.
  • Candidates should possess experience with Expense Reports and general Administrative Assistance.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, presentation software) is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, maintain confidentiality, and support multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role; exposure to real estate or professional services is an advantage.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
