Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The position is responsible for providing high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, including managing calendars and diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items. Daily tasks include handling correspondence, drafting emails and documents, organizing travel and accommodation, preparing expense reports, and maintaining confidential records. The Executive Assistant will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, support the CEO in presentations and reports, and help prioritize and follow up on strategic initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including handling confidential information and supporting senior leadership.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including document preparation, coordination of meetings, and office management tasks.
  • Candidates should possess experience in Diary Management, including calendar coordination, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
  • Candidates should possess ability to manage Expense Reports, including tracking, reconciliation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in a corporate environment.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
