Where You'll Make a Difference

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) operations, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely order fulfillment, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and issue resolution.
• Support business growth through effective customer relationship management and proactive problem-solving.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement while maintaining SLA adherence and process compliance.
• What Makes You the Right Fit
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Order Management, Customer Service, OTC, or Supply Chain operations.
• Strong understanding of the complete OTC cycle, including:
• Order Processing
• Invoicing & Billing
• Dispatch Coordination
• Customer Query Resolution
• Returns & Claims Management
• Hands-on experience working with SAP (SD/MM modules preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills with expertise in:
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• HLOOKUP
• INDEX-MATCH
• Pivot Tables
• MIS Reporting
• Data Reconciliation & Analysis
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting SLA commitments.

• Experience coordinating with multiple functions including:
• Operations

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Experience creating dashboards, performance reports, aging reports, and sales analysis reports.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer escalations, returns, claims, and complex issue resolution.
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective operational execution.
