Key Responsibilities
- Partner with retail business leaders to drive end-to-end HR initiatives across stores in the region, ensuring alignment with business goals and supporting business growth.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, grievance handling, and offboarding for retail store employees.
- Drive talent acquisition, manpower planning, and workforce productivity by partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely staffing across the assigned region.
- Track and analyze key HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, productivity, and employee performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory compliance, and HR best practices while fostering a positive, high-performance culture across the retail network.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Preferred Industry: Retail, FMCG, Beauty & Cosmetics.
- Experience handling multiple retail locations and field employees.
- Strong stakeholder management, employee relations, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS, with the ability to analyze HR data and prepare reports.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.
