Section 2 : Job Purpose

Responsible for managing deliveries to customers while ensuring efficient management of inventory and quality; Ensure control on costs and wastage to plan and prepare effective budgets with continuous manpower development at regular intervals.

Section 3: Areas of Responsibility

( A specific, permanent area that requires the role holder to be responsible for taking decisions, delivering results or carrying out a significant amount of activity)

Responsibility Heads Key Responsibilities/KRAs

Safety - Implement defined SOPs to build safe working environment by adhering to safety norms and procedures in place

Dispatch - Facilitate export of dispatch as per customer orders

  • Prepare and propose plan for AFM

Quality Management - Implement, review & monitor TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, TQM,TPM as per company guidelines

Inventory management - Monitor actual and physical quantity against system for critical consumables

  • Monitor and manage stock and wastage of items having specified shelf life
  • Monitor and prepare statement on closing store inventory module on monthly basis

Control - Control and reduce glass breakage at all locations of hub by taking necessary actions

  • Facilitate controlling the packing costs

Budgeting & Reporting - Prepare annual budgets for packing and provide periodic reports

Improvement - Develop and improvise new mode develop box size, foam etc.

Manpower Development - Plan and develop required skills in team members as per defined roles and responsibility

  • Provide necessary trainings to team members on periodic basis
  • Provide and ensure proper feedback through efficient and open lines of communication
