About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Executive – Strategy & Business Excellence to join our Strategy & Growth team.

This role works directly with senior leadership and offers exposure to business strategy, sales analytics, university partnerships, market research, business reporting, and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate should be analytical, organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Analysis
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Track business KPIs and performance metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Support strategic planning and business reviews.
Present actionable business insights to leadership.

Sales Performance & Reporting

Monitor sales targets, conversions, applications, enrollments, and revenue.
Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Compare actual performance against targets.
Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure reporting accuracy.

University Research & Portfolio Management

Research universities, colleges, and academic programs.
Evaluate tuition fees, scholarships, rankings, employability, and admission criteria.
Maintain an updated university database.
Develop comparison sheets and product summaries.
Recommend universities and programs aligned with business goals.

University Partnerships

Identify new university partnership opportunities.
Coordinate communication with university representatives.
Maintain partnership records and documentation.
Support onboarding and relationship management of institutional partners.

Agent & Partner Management

Maintain recruitment agent and partner databases.
Track partner performance and engagement.
Coordinate onboarding and follow-ups.
Assist management in evaluating partner productivity.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Research international education trends and student preferences.
Monitor competitors, visa policies, and emerging destinations.
Identify new business opportunities.
Prepare structured market intelligence reports.

Business Excellence & Process Improvement

Improve business processes and reporting systems.
Document workflows and SOPs.
Support automation and process optimization initiatives.
Coordinate strategic projects and departmental follow-ups.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Admissions, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams.
Collect and validate business data.
Support strategic initiatives and business planning.
