Role Description: Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing function and independently drive strategy and execution across multiple global projects.
This role requires someone who is proactive, confident in decision-making, and capable of managing marketing without constant supervision. You should be comfortable taking responsibility, setting priorities, and delivering measurable business results.

Role Description: Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing function and independently drive strategy and execution across multiple global projects.
This role requires someone who is proactive, confident in decision-making, and capable of managing marketing without constant supervision. You should be comfortable taking responsibility, setting priorities, and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete marketing function across multiple brands and projects.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and strengthen brand positioning across international markets.
- Plan and execute campaigns across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns that deliver high-quality business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activities contribute directly to revenue growth.
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign execution, budgets, agencies, and external partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on key performance metrics including lead quality, conversion rates, ROI, and brand awareness.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in brand building and marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation with measurable results.
- Strong experience across:
- Digital Marketing
- Traditional (offline) Marketing
- Experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, events, PR, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Take ownership and accountability for the marketing function.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be analytical, organised, and execution-focused.
- Have a commercial mindset with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
- Be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in working hours is mandatory and non-negotiable. Our projects operate across multiple international markets and time zones, and this role requires availability to support business needs outside standard office hours when required.
- Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions, conferences, client meetings, and other business activities is essential.
