Company Description RAHI ENGenius Solutions LLP (RahiES) provides integrated design and manufacturing engineering solutions to industrial clients. The company’s services include static equipment design, new product development, and comprehensive 3D modeling, drafting, and analysis. RahiES also supports manufacturing engineering and fixture design, along with design and software validation to ensure quality and reliability. In addition, the company offers training, C-Eng. certification support, content writing, and engineering application development, giving team members exposure to diverse engineering domains and tools.

Role Description The Fabricator at RAHI ENGenius Solutions LLP will work on-site in Valsad in a full-time capacity, supporting the production of components and assemblies based on engineering drawings and specifications. Daily responsibilities include cutting, shaping, and assembling metal or other materials, operating fabrication tools and machinery, and following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, measuring and inspecting workpieces for accuracy, and collaborating with engineers and supervisors to resolve fabrication issues. The Fabricator will also be expected to maintain equipment, keep the work area organized, and contribute to continuous improvement in fabrication processes and quality.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess core fabrication skills such as cutting, welding, grinding, fitting, and assembly of metal components.
• Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, using measuring instruments, and performing basic dimensional inspections.
• Candidates should possess experience with fabrication tools and machinery, including hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment, with a strong focus on safe operation.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, material handling, and adherence to quality standards and shop-floor procedures.
• Relevant technical education such as ITI, diploma, or certification in fabrication, welding, or mechanical trades is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, follow instructions accurately, and communicate clearly with supervisors and engineers.
• Physical stamina to handle workshop tasks, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety and continuous learning.
• Prior experience in industrial fabrication or manufacturing environments will be considered an advantage.
