Hiring – Facility Manager (Soft + Technical)
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Facility Manager to manage operations with either good soft service background with basic Technical services knowledge or Strong Technical services background with know how of Soft Services.
Client coordination, vendor management, Budgeting, EHS focus, Reporting and Service delivery operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with experience in facility management.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing Overall Operations at site.
- Ensuring PM and Corrective maintenance being carried out as per schedule.
- AMC coordination and overall vendor management.
- Conducting and coordinating safety audit works.
- Client coordination and relationship management.
- Invoice submission and documentation follow-up.
- Ensuring timely closure of operational issues and escalations.
- Maintaining service quality and compliance standards.
- Ensure on MIS and overall reporting requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong operational and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Complete FM process.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Leadership & Team handling Skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma (both Technical or Non-Technical background preferred)
- Experience in Facility Management Operations.
Experience:
- More than 20 Years preferred with minimum 2-3 in a Facility Manager role.
