- Giving and receiving feedback about self.
- Counseling and mentoring activities for overall development of the student and reference
- Helping the students to prepare industry relevant resumes
- Conducting different types of special training for supporting the student’s placement
- Critical & Creative thinking j. Updating in the syllabus other areas that may be considered necessary to enhance the skills of the students.
- She/he is to impart training to students of other constituent schools of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham on the above mentioned areas as and when directed by her/his superiors, if need be.
- She/he is to obtain industry feedback through General Manager-Career Competency Development, from time to time and accordingly review / modify the current training & development programme, related to her/his areas of training.
- Be updated with different university related accreditation requirements coming under the purview of the CIR learning and development activities.
