Role Description The Fashion E-commerce Manager at Spunkies will oversee the day-to-day operations of the brand’s online store and digital sales channels. This full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad includes managing product listings, pricing, inventory accuracy, and ensuring that product information and imagery are compelling and up to date. The role involves coordinating with design, production, and marketing teams to plan online launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal assortments that align with the brand’s sustainable ethos. The Fashion E-commerce Manager will monitor website performance, analyze sales data, track customer behavior, and recommend improvements to drive traffic, conversion, and repeat purchases. The position also requires managing vendor relationships and logistics partners for timely order fulfillment, handling customer queries related to online purchases, and maintaining a consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing fashion or lifestyle e-commerce platforms, including product catalog management, pricing, and inventory control.
  • Knowledge of online merchandising, digital marketing fundamentals, and campaign coordination for fashion or retail brands.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports, website analytics, and customer data to derive insights and optimize online performance.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools and technologies such as CMS platforms, payment gateways, and order management systems.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable fashion, ethical production, and brand storytelling in the kidswear or apparel sector.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized approach to managing multiple launches, promotions, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion management, marketing, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Comfort working on-site in Faridabad and engaging directly with in-house production and operations teams.
