- Experience working with export apparel or small-batch production is an advantage.
You will collaborate closely with:
- Fashion founders and designers from around the world
- Textile mills and fabric suppliers
- Artisan clusters across India
- Pattern masters and sampling teams
- Production units
- Sales and marketing teams
We're looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate enjoys working across different aspects of fashion development—from sourcing fabrics and coordinating samples to solving production challenges and researching new craft techniques.
This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to the entire fashion supply chain rather than a single function. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with global fashion brands, explore India's rich textile heritage, and contribute to creating thoughtfully made collections for conscious fashion labels.
If you're passionate about sustainable fashion, enjoy working with people, and love turning ideas into beautifully crafted products, we'd love to hear from you.Required Skills
