📌 Job Details

Position: Field Business Associate (Protected Farming – Nethouse)

Job Type: Internship (3 Months)

Location: Kaithal, Haryana (Only Local Candidates)

Salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month

Performance Incentive: ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month (Based on Performance)

Certificate: Provided after successful completion of the internship

🎯 Key Responsibilities

➼ Visit farmers and promote protected farming solutions.

➼ Conduct field visits and collect farmer feedback.

➼ Support nethouse installation and field coordination.

➼ Assist in farmer meetings, demonstrations, and awareness programs.

➼ Maintain field reports and activity records.

✅ Desired Skills

➼ Basic knowledge of nethouse/protected farming.

➼ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

➼ Interest in fieldwork and farmer interaction.

➼ Self-motivated and result-oriented.

➼ Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

🎓 Educational Qualification

B.Sc. Agriculture Or Diploma In Agriculture (Preferred)
