One Payslip is an innovative payroll software platform designed for businesses across India.

Our core users are business owners who manage small teams and run payroll seamlessly

through our application each month, enabling salary processing and payout in one

streamlined workflow.


As we continue to scale, we are looking to onboard dynamic Marketing Executives (Field) for

both internship and full-time roles. We seek energetic individuals who are passionate about

on-ground execution, lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth.


Role Overview: Marketing Executive (Field)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Field-Based (Assigned Local Territory)

Job Type: Full-Time / Internship

Qualification: Any Degree/MBA

Internship Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance)

Compensation: Monthly stipend/salary plus performance-based incentives


Job Purpose:

To drive revenue growth and strengthen brand visibility by executing on-ground marketing

initiatives, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects within the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch to, and onboard small business owners, retailers, or local distributors to achieve

territory targets.

  • Execute brand activation initiatives, including point-of-sale visibility, local promotions, and

field-led awareness activities.

  • Maintain regular engagement with onboarded accounts to support retention, repeat business,

and timely resolution of customer queries.

  • Track competitor activity, gather customer feedback, and record daily field visits and outcomes in the CRM system.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 0 to 1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Prior exposure to field sales, direct marketing, or campus branding will be an added
  • advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, pitch delivery, objection handling, and relationship-
  • building skills.
  • High self-motivation, resilience, ownership mindset, and effective time management.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for local travel are mandatory.
  • Fluency in the local regional language is required.
