Finance Analyst/Manager

We are seeking a Finance Analyst/Manager who can collaborate closely with business teams to monitor performance, analyze expenses, and enhance profit margins. This hands-on position is ideal for someone proficient with numbers and comfortable coordinating across teams to assist with daily financial decision-making.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Monitor and analyze profit and loss, revenue, and cost metrics
• Generate monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Cost & Margin Tracking
• Observe cost trends and fluctuations in margins
• Detect areas with cost inefficiencies and losses
• Help enhance unit economics and pricing strategies
• Business Support
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and other departments to comprehend financial implications
• Provide data-driven insights for daily business decision-making
• Support financial analysis for ongoing projects
• Data & Dashboarding
• Develop and maintain reports using Excel or Google Sheets
• Utilize basic BI tools when applicable for reporting purposes
• Ensure financial data is accurate and consistent
  
  

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Business Finance
• Strong understanding of:
• Fundamental P&L concepts and cost structures
• Margin analysis and profitability monitoring
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Capability to engage with multiple stakeholders and clearly communicate financial data
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
• Experience in startup or high-growth company environments
• Degree in Commerce or Finance (e.g., CA, MBA in Finance)
