Job Summary

Lulu Finserv is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations at our Perinthalmanna branch. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the Gold Loan sector, demonstrate leadership capabilities, and ensure the achievement of business targets while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Drive gold loan business growth and achieve assigned branch targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Supervise, motivate, and monitor branch staff to ensure high productivity and service standards.
• Evaluate pledged gold ornaments and ensure adherence to company policies and valuation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, NBFC regulations, and internal audit requirements.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor branch profitability, portfolio quality, and overdue collections.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on branch performance to management.
• Ensure proper maintenance of branch records, cash handling, and security procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Gold Loan sector within an NBFC.
• Proven experience in branch operations, business development, and team management.
• Sound knowledge of gold appraisal, loan processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business objectives.
