Finance Manager (SMB Accounting) | $18/hr Remote

Position: LLM - CFO Advisors

Type: Short-Term Contractor Assignment (10 Weeks)

Compensation: $45 per approved task

Location: Remote

Commitment: Up to 40 hours per week with 4 hours overlap with PST

Role Responsibilities

• Create and review accounting and finance reasoning datasets for AI evaluation.
• Analyze financial statements, bookkeeping records, and accounting scenarios.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, and financial reasoning.
• Develop prompts, rubrics, and evaluation guidelines for finance-related tasks.
• Identify accounting errors and improve dataset quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or financial consulting.
• Experience as a CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, or Financial Consultant.
• Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO) or experience with Omni Chat.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and financial statement analysis.
• Experience supporting SMB clients and handling complex accounting queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
