Financial Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive accurate reporting for our growing e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Handle E-commerce sales reconciliation across platforms (marketplaces, website, payment gateways)
• Prepare and analyze Monthly MIS reports and perform reporting reconciliation
• Perform vendor and payment reconciliation
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements
• Maintain accurate financial records and support audits
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial processes 

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in E-commerce / D2C
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Hands-on experience in sales and payment reconciliation
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS and compliances
• Proficiency in tools like Tally / Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Preferred:

Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment

Exposure to platforms like Amazon, Flipkart or Shopify
