Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

FP&A (Work from Office, US shift, Only Immediate joiners)

FP&A (Primary)

• Own and maintain the company’s financial forecast, ensuring it reflects current business assumptions and is updated on a rolling basis
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert and system administrator for Datarails, Lima One’s FP&A platform, including building and maintaining department-level financial dashboards
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting leveraging Snowflake and Tableau, partnering with data and business teams to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Lead preparation of the monthly financial presentation and variance commentary, delivering clear explanations of performance drivers to finance leadership
• Manage the preparation of company presentation materials, including the quarterly board of directors package and periodic company-wide meetings
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis requests from leadership, providing timely and well-structured outputs that inform decision-making

Treasury (Secondary / Backup Coverage)

• Process ACH and wire transactions, including borrower draw disbursements, in accordance with business directives and with strict attention to accuracy
• Monitor and reconcile bank activity across 150+ accounts spanning four banking relationships, including investor-restricted accounts requiring careful segregation
• Coordinate with bank Treasury support and relationship management teams to resolve issues and manage day-to-day operational needs
• Partner cross-functionally with internal departments to communicate and coordinate bank activity, ensuring alignment on timing and funding needs
