Flutter Developer

• Incredipets is India's pet-first D2C brand — proprietary products, original content, and a mobile-first consumer experience used by 30,000+ pet parents. We're scaling our consumer app and looking for an early-career Flutter Developer (1–3 yrs) ready to take real ownership of feature delivery.

About the role

You'll work directly with the founders and product team — short feedback loops, real ownership, no committee design. The right candidate has 1–3 years of hands-on Flutter, is hungry to grow fast, and wants the kind of scope that's hard to get inside a big-co engineering org.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features end-to-end in our Flutter app (iOS + Android single codebase)

• Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, accessible UI

• Integrate REST APIs, Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM, Crashlytics), payment gateways, analytics

• Own state management for new modules (Riverpod / Bloc / Provider)

• Optimize for performance — 60fps scrolling, fast cold start, smooth animations

• Drop into Kotlin or Swift via platform channels when needed

• Own app store releases, CI/CD pipelines, versioning, phased rollouts, crash triage

Must-haves

• 1–3 years of production mobile development, with at least 1 year hands-on Flutter

• Strong Dart fundamentals — null safety, async/await, streams

• Working knowledge of a modern state-management approach (Riverpod preferred)

• REST / JSON serialization (json_serializable, freezed)

• Firebase basics — Auth, Firestore, FCM, Crashlytics

• Has shipped at least one app to the Play Store or App Store with live users

Nice to have

• Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) familiarity for platform channels

• Custom widgets and animations (Hero, Rive, Lottie)

• App Store Connect / Play Console exposure

• E-commerce, D2C, or content-app domain exposure

• CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions)

Compensation

₹8–12 LPA fixed + ESOPs for the right candidate. We're transparent about the band upfront so you can self-select. We won't stretch beyond this band for this role.

Location

Gurgaon — on-site / hybrid. Not a remote role.
