Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant will support daily operations in the food and beverage areas, ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service. Responsibilities include taking orders, setting up and clearing tables, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas. The role also involves communicating with guests to understand their preferences, handling basic queries, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications


  • Candidates should possess Food Service skills to manage serving, table setup, and dining area coordination efficiently.
  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests professionally and handle requests effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in food and beverage environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, stand for extended periods, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and collaborate with diverse teams.
