Food And Beverage Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
• Ensure tables, counters, and dining areas are clean and well-organized.
• Set up dining areas before service and clean up after service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Refill condiments, beverages, and service supplies as required.
• Assist with billing and payment processing, if required.
• Support banquet, buffet, or special event services when needed.
• Maintain proper grooming and adhere to company policies and service standards.

Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in food & beverage service, hospitality, café, restaurant, or hotel operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
