Role Description The Website Developer (Freelance) will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Cultura Voyage’s website and related web assets in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in New Delhi, includes creating user-friendly interfaces, implementing responsive layouts, and optimizing site performance for both desktop and mobile devices. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with the content and operations teams to translate cultural travel offerings into engaging web experiences, updating pages and itineraries, integrating booking or inquiry forms, and ensuring seamless navigation. The developer will also troubleshoot technical issues, manage website security and backups, and implement improvements based on user feedback and analytics. Candidates should be comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams to align the website’s design and functionality with the brand’s storytelling and business goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive Web Design.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development and Programming skills, such as working with server-side frameworks, databases, and APIs.
• Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills, including site architecture, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Candidates should possess Web Design capabilities focused on creating intuitive user experiences, accessibility, and visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Relevant experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar platforms) and version control tools (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
• A background in travel, culture, or education-focused projects, and familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics, will be an advantage.
