We're Hiring: Front Desk Administrator (CORPORA – Architecture | Interiors)
Location: West Delhi (On-site)

We are looking for a Front Desk Administrator who can be the face of our studio while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Administration
- Welcome clients, consultants, vendors, and visitors professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, couriers, and office correspondence.
- Ensure the reception and common office areas remain well organized.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, pantry inventory, and other administrative requirements.
Office & Employee Management
- Coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support onboarding and documentation for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, leave records, and office documentation.
- Assist in organizing office meetings, celebrations, and internal events.
Attendance Management
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Track working hours and coordinate attendance reports.
- Follow up with employees regarding attendance discrepancies when required.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, consultants, and service providers.
- Manage purchase requests, quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure timely procurement of office requirements.
- Maintain updated vendor records and contracts.
Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage calendars for the Principal Architects.
- Schedule meetings, client presentations, and project discussions.
- Coordinate appointments while avoiding scheduling conflicts.
- Send reminders and ensure meeting logistics are well organized.
General Administration
- Maintain digital and physical records systematically.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support administrative requirements.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative responsibilities to keep office operations efficient.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, front office, executive assistance, or office coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an architecture, interior design, engineering, or consulting firm is preferred.
- Familiarity with attendance management systems and office administration software.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Professional appearance and client-facing communication.
