Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Goa for a Front Desk Executive. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing visitor check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries over the phone and in-person, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining front desk operations and collaborating with different teams to address guest needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members
- Excellent phone etiquette and receptionist duties experience
- Proficiency in customer service and communication
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations effectively
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospitality management systems
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent education; additional certifications in hospitality will be a plus
