REQUIREMENT :

• Own front-end delivery of product features from discovery through production support.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering responsibly (e.g., copilots/LLMs) to improve delivery and quality; evaluate and integrate AI capabilities where valuable.
• Drive modernization of legacy components (refactoring, migration, deprecation) and actively manage technical debt with a clear roadmap.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, coaching, and design/code reviews; contribute to hiring, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with internal security and quality policies.
  
  
  

QUALIFICATION:

Education :

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable field

Work experience :

More than 5+ years in a senior developer role for a large team

Technical & Professional Knowledge (mandatory):

▪ Advanced Angular and TypeScript.

▪ Microfrontend architecture

▪ Monorepo setup (module federation or similar), shared libraries, versioning, and dependency management.

▪ UX (User Experience) fundamentals, including usability, accessibility, user-centered design principles, and creation of intuitive user interfaces.

▪ Cloud-native application development.

▪ Practical AI understanding for software teams (AI-assisted development and/or building AI-enabled features), including data privacy, security, and responsible use.

Technical & Professional Knowledge (additional plus/nice to have skills) :

▪ Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards) and CI/CD automation for Angular stack.

▪ Experience working with international, distributed teams (cross-timezone collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management).

▪ Infrastructure-as-code and platform exposure (e.g., Terraform/Bicep, Kubernetes, API gateways, message brokers, caches).
