Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling phone inquiries, aiding in guest requests, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for guests. The candidate will contribute to creating a warm and professional atmosphere within the hotel lobby while assisting in daily front desk operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Phone Etiquette
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Organizational and time management skills to support front office operations
- Proficient in using hotel management software and basic computer applications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Hotel Management Degree/Diploma qualified candidate required
