Jindal Medical Store, established in 1968, is a reputed pharmaceutical company based in Daryaganj, Delhi. We are hiring a professional Front Desk Executive with strong communication skills and hospitality experience to manage front desk operations and client interactions. 

Job Description

We are seeking a confident and professionally trained Front Desk Executive with experience in hospitality or client-facing roles (hotel industry experience preferred).

The ideal candidate should have:

• Excellent communication skills (fluent English)
• Professional demeanor and high grooming standards
• Experience handling international clients and front desk operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management: Manage the reception area with a high level of professionalism
• Client Interaction: Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and international business partners
• Call Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing calls politely and in a professional manner
• Communication: Handle emails, WhatsApp, and business communication professionally
• Coordination: Support internal teams with scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups
• Professional Presentation: Maintain grooming and presentation standards aligned with hospitality roles

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years in Front Desk / Reception (hospitality or client-facing roles preferred)
• Education: Graduate (Hotel Management preferred)
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000
