Role Description The Front Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This position is responsible for managing reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. The role involves maintaining visitor logs, managing appointment schedules, and ensuring the front office area is organized and welcoming. The executive will support customer service activities by responding to queries, providing accurate information about services, and coordinating with internal departments. Daily tasks also include handling basic administrative work such as document coordination, email communication, and assisting with meeting arrangements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Front Office and Receptionist Duties skills, including visitor management and call handling.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships and maintain a professional demeanor in diverse situations.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, calendar tools) and the ability to manage appointments and records accurately.
- Prior experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum with reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or diploma; a degree in business, administration, or related field is an advantage.
