Role Description The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily front office operations to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, accurate reservations, and efficient handling of guest inquiries. This full-time, on-site role is based at The Park Elanza Hotels property in Tiruchirappalli and involves supervising front office staff, managing schedules, and maintaining service standards. The Front Office Manager monitors lobby activities, coordinates with housekeeping and other departments, and addresses guest feedback promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. The role includes training team members, implementing front office procedures, and using hotel systems to optimize occupancy, revenue, and guest experience while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.
Qualifications
- Strong front office and office administration skills, including managing reception operations, reservations, and daily documentation.
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality customer service in a hospitality or service-focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, team members, and other departments.
- Experience supervising or leading front office teams, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic MS Office tools; prior experience in upscale or luxury hotels is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
