This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Specialist based in Chennai. Responsibilities include managing the front desk, greeting and assisting guests, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests and maintaining an organized and professional reception area.
- Strong customer service and receptionist skills to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and appointment scheduling to efficiently manage guest inquiries and bookings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing exceptional service.
