End-to-end ownership.

From architecture → logic → UX → deployment.

• An all-rounder Not just backend, not just frontend—you understand the full stack deeply.
• Strong in programming logic Clean thinking. Structured systems. No hacks disguised as solutions.
• A fast builder You ship. You iterate. You don’t over-theorize.
• Meticulous and pedantic where it matters Especially in transaction systems—everything must be auditable and traceable.
• Fin-tech aware You understand systems where money, compliance, and correctness are non-negotiable.
• Gamification-ready You can think in loops, incentives, engagement mechanics—not just CRUD flows.
• Library builder You’ve created reusable components, systems, or frameworks—not just one-off projects.
• Cloud-agnostic You can deploy anywhere. You understand infra beyond managed comfort.
• Bare-metal capable You know what it means to install, configure, and run systems from scratch.

You understand user psychology, not just UI elements.

• UX/UI capable on the fly You can design while building. No dependency mindset.
• Documentation-first mindset If it’s not documented, it doesn’t exist.

Tech Expectations

You Should Be Comfortable Working With

• TypeScript-first ecosystems
• Modern runtimes like Bun & Deno
• Frontend systems with Tailwind
• Building scalable architectures with strong logical foundations
  
  

Background We Value

• Ideally from Tier 1 institutes or equivalent exposure
• Strong familiarity with:
• Advertising systems
• Gaming ecosystems
• Fin-tech products & compliance layers
  

But none of this matters if you can prove capability.

What Will Set You Apart

• Public proof of work GitHub, products, shipped systems—something we can see.
• Strong personal projects Not half-done experiments. Complete. Logical. Presentable.
