Position Summary

The Full Stack Developer will architect and implement core platform capabilities including user-facing applications, backend services, and data infrastructure. This position reports directly to the founding team and requires end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives from design through production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications for interview preparation, resume optimization, and career matching functionality
• Build and maintain backend services integrating large language model APIs for real-time coaching and feedback
• Implement data pipelines for user interaction processing, behavioral analytics, and model performance monitoring
• Develop RESTful APIs supporting web and mobile client applications
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, monitoring infrastructure, and deployment automation
• Contribute to product roadmap and technical architecture decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on requirements definition and solution design

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional software development experience in full stack roles
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
• Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or Go
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Demonstrated ability to ship production software end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to software quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) in production environments
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or AI application development patterns
• Background in EdTech, HR Tech, or SaaS platforms
• DevOps experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Mobile development experience (React Native, Flutter)
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and analytics instrumentation
• Track record in early-stage startup environments
