You will work across frontend applications, backend systems, internal tools, infrastructure-aware workflows, deployment pipelines, and developer-focused platform technologies.

while working closely with a startup building technology infrastructure around advertising systems, SaaS/PaaS products, marketplace intelligence, creator ecosystems, and scalable execution platforms.

What You’ll Work On

Responsibilities

Product & Platform Development

• Build and maintain frontend and backend systems
• Develop scalable APIs and platform workflows
• Contribute to modular and reusable system architecture
• Implement reliable and maintainable production-ready features
• Support real-time and event-driven workflows
• Participate in platform and infrastructure evolution
  
  

Systems & Engineering Ownership

• Understand how systems interact across the ecosystem
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical planning
• Help improve scalability, performance, and reliability
• Support deployment pipelines and release workflows
• Participate in debugging, monitoring, and operational improvements
• Help reduce technical debt through maintainable engineering practices
  
  

Documentation & Technical Clarity

• Maintain clear technical documentation
• Document APIs, workflows, and system behavior
• Help improve onboarding and internal engineering clarity
• Contribute to architectural and operational documentation
• Ensure systems remain understandable and maintainable as the organization scales
  
  

Packaging & Deployment

• Participate in packaging and release workflows
• Understand CI/CD and deployment processes
• Help maintain development and production environments
• Support versioning, integration, and deployment reliability
• Contribute to developer tooling and workflow automation
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with design, product, analytics, operations, and infrastructure teams
• Translate product ideas into scalable technical systems
• Communicate technical tradeoffs clearly
• Coordinate effectively across functions during implementation and deployment
• Participate in collaborative problem-solving and technical discussions
  
  

Strong communication is considered a core engineering skill in this role.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals
• Experience with React / Next.js or similar frontend frameworks
• Backend development experience using Node.js or equivalent runtimes
• API development and integration experience
• Database understanding (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Git and version control workflows
