Full Stack Developer

Experience: 7–10 Years

Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or up to 15 Days Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with experience building scalable applications, working on cloud platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services and REST APIs.
• Design and manage databases while ensuring data integrity and application performance.
• Work with cloud platforms and DevOps tools to support deployment, CI/CD, and application monitoring.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA engineers, and development teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Strong experience with React or Angular.
• Experience building RESTful APIs using Node.js/Express or similar backend frameworks.
• Good understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with React Native or mobile application development.
• Knowledge of additional backend technologies such as Spring Boot, Django, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with Azure Cosmos DB or SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium.
• Scrum certification.
• Experience with digital workplace or employee engagement platforms such as Unily.
