Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an Intermediate Full Stack Developer with around 4+ years of hands-on experience in modern web and mobile application development.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable frontend applications using React.js
• Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js
• Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native
• Work on AWS cloud infrastructure and deployments
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and AWS CLI
• Collaborate closely with product managers and leadership teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
• Take ownership of features from concept to deployment
• Work in a highly agile startup environment with fast iteration cycles

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Full Stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
• Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile app development
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud services
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Good understanding of DevOps concepts and cloud-native deployments
• Experience working with NoSQL/document databases (DynamoDB preferred)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior startup experience is highly preferred
• Experience building SaaS platforms
• Healthcare or HealthTech experience is a plus
• Experience with serverless architectures is a plus
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools
