Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable full stack applications using Flutter, Python, and Spring Boot.
• Build high-performance cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python and Java Spring Boot.
• Architect secure and scalable distributed systems for fintech products.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and regulatory requirements in fintech systems.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions

Desired Candidature:

Experience:

 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.

 Minimum 5+ years of experience in Flutter development.

 Strong backend development experience in both Python and Spring Boot ecosystems.

Education:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Frontend:

 Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.

 Experience building responsive mobile and web applications.

 Experience integrating REST APIs and real-time services.

 Understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile performance optimization.

Backend:

 Strong experience in Python backend development using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

 Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise-grade microservices.

 Experience designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.

 Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security.

Database & Cloud:

 Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

 Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

 Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments. Engineering Practices

 Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture.

 Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.

 Knowledge of testing frameworks, monitoring, and observability tools.
