Full Stack Engineer

ProMonkey is a Top Rated digital agency building custom web platforms, CRMs, and AI-automation products for clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore and the UAE. You'll join a tight full-stack team, work alongside our senior developers, and own real features on live client projects from day one.

• Build and ship full-stack features across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and Next.js, on multiple concurrent client projects.
• Design and build clean, well-structured REST APIs and data models — not just CRUD, but APIs that handle auth, roles, and validation correctly at the backend layer.
• Write secure code by default: proper authentication, server-side authorization, hashed credentials, input validation. (We treat security as an architecture concern, not a final checklist.)
• Integrate third-party services and APIs (payments, auth providers, AI/automation tools).
• Collaborate with our UI/UX designer to turn Figma into responsive, performant interfaces.
• Take ownership end to end — estimate, build, test, deploy (Vercel), and support what you ship.
• Communicate clearly with the team and, where needed, directly with clients on progress and scope.
  

• 2–4 years of professional full-stack experience on the MERN stack.
• Experience at a service/agency company — you've worked across multiple client projects at once, hit delivery deadlines, and adapted to different requirements and codebases. This is the environment you'll be in here.
• Solid backend fundamentals: REST API design, MongoDB schema/query design, authentication and authorization done properly on the server.
• Strong React skills; comfortable with modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Git-based workflow and the ability to work independently on a feature without hand-holding.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
  

• Next.js, TypeScript, Redis caching, query optimization.
• Exposure to FastAPI / Python, or AI-automation tooling (n8n, OpenAI API, vector embeddings) — we're growing this area.
• Experience with international clients or distributed teams.
• A portfolio or GitHub showing projects you owned end to end.
