Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, Python-based backend development, and AWS cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade applications while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate is comfortable owning features end-to-end—from user interface development to backend APIs, cloud deployments, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
• Build secure, reliable, and well-structured backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services while ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Develop reusable components and maintain clean, modular application architecture across the stack.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and production-ready code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and architectural discussions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application reliability, security, and performance.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with Tailwind CSS
• Strong understanding of responsive UI development and component-based architecture
• Experience with routing, state management, API integration, and frontend performance optimization

Backend

• Strong programming experience in Python
• Hands-on experience building REST APIs using FastAPI
• Experience with authentication, authorization, middleware, validation, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming
• Good understanding of API design principles and backend architecture
• Familiarity with background jobs, logging, caching, and exception handling

Database

• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
• Strong understanding of relational database design
• Knowledge of query optimization, indexing, transactions, and normalization

Cloud & DevOps

• Hands-on experience with AWS services including:
• EC2
• S3
• RDS
• IAM
• CloudWatch
• Route 53
• Experience with Git-based development workflows
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Familiarity with Docker is a plus

Good to Have – AI & Agentic Systems

Candidates with exposure to AI-powered applications will have an added advantage.

Preferred experience includes:

• Building AI-enabled product features and workflow automation
• Integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) using platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs
• Developing AI agents and multi-step workflows for document understanding, summarization, extraction, classification, and decision support
• Prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, and guardrails
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), OCR, or document intelligence pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to take ownership and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to FinTech, SaaS, enterprise platforms, or workflow automation products is preferred
