The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Functional Consultant to partner with business stakeholders across various service lines and drive the successful implementation of analytics and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional specifications and ensuring successful adoption of analytics capabilities across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across service lines to understand business processes, reporting requirements, KPIs, and operational challenges.
  • Functional Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and analytics use cases for technical teams to implement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business users, analytics teams, and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Analytics Adoption & Change Management: Drive user adoption of analytics solutions by conducting workshops, training sessions, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Project Delivery: Support end-to-end implementation of analytics initiatives, including requirement gathering, solution design, UAT coordination, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data-driven insights and analytics-enabled decision-making.
  • Governance & Documentation: Develop and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, process maps, user guides, and implementation documentation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, data engineers, BI developers, and project teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, analytics capabilities, and best practices to enhance business value and user experience.


  • Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Analytics Consultant, or similar role within a professional services, consulting, or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, reporting frameworks, KPI development, and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting workshops, and facilitating stakeholder discussions.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools. Hands-on technical expertise is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience translating business needs into practical solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
