furniture Product Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Merchandiser with experience in furniture, décor sourcing, vendor coordination, pricing, and quality control. The role involves managing sourcing, quotations, factory coordination, and execution while maintaining HCC’s luxury standards.

Vendor & Factory Coordination

• Coordinate with factories, vendors, and artisans
• Source products/materials as per project needs
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and production terms
• Maintain strong vendor relationships

Pricing & Quotations

• Prepare furniture and décor quotations
• Conduct comparative costing and vendor analysis
• Support project budgeting and margin management

Sourcing & Product Development

• Source furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, marble, hardware, etc.
• Coordinate sampling and product development
• Identify new materials, trends, and sourcing opportunities

Quality Control & Execution

• Visit factories for production follow-ups and QC
• Ensure quality, finishing, and detailing meet standards
• Resolve production and execution issues proactively

Operations Support

• Track orders, deliveries, and timelines
• Maintain vendor/product databases
• Coordinate logistics and procurement tracking

• Experience in furniture, interiors, sourcing, or merchandising
• Strong understanding of furniture materials and finishes
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Comfortable with local factory/vendor visits
• Eye for luxury aesthetics and quality detailing
